You can affect multiple data items with a single command by selecting several data items in batch mode before clicking the command.
At the top of each list view table is a menu of commands that apply to that type of data. To enable commands (other than New), you must select at least one list item by clicking its check box. Each list view contains different commands depending on the type of data being displayed. This section discusses the commands that may be available.

View Images - Open an image in the Aperio ImageScope viewer.
Open Data - Open the information page for that item to modify or add information. This performs the same function as clicking the information icon on the data item's line.
Delete - Delete the data item.
New - Create a new record for any data item, for example create a new case.
Add to Existing - Add this item to an existing item (for example, add an eSlide to an existing specimen or Genie Training Set).
Add to New - Add this item to a new data item.
