Performing Batch Operations in List View

You can perform batch operations on multiple data items by selecting them in list view and then executing a list view command.  Any changes you make to one data item on the list apply to all items included in the batch.

1. Open an information page for multiple data items by selecting the check boxes next to them in list view.  

2. Click Open Data.

3. Make any desired changes on the information page for the first data item on the list.

4. Click Save to keep your changes.

5. To verify, open the information page for another data item on the list and you will see that the changes have been applied to that item as well.
