After you have generated a report, you see a draft of the report on the eSlide Manager page. When the report is first generated, it contains the word "Draft" at the top. To be made final, the report must be signed, after which it is marked "Final."
A report does not appear in the Reports section of the case or project details page until it has been signed. If a reviewer re-signs the report, it is marked "Final - Amended" or "Final - Corrected," depending on what the person signing the report selects.
To Sign a Report
To sign a report for the first time to approve it, click the Sign button.
Enter your password in the popup window and click Sign.
You exit to the case or project details page and see the report listed in the Reports section. When you click on the report link, you see the report with your signature at the bottom of the report.
