When you click Digital Slides on the main eSlide Manager page or select All Digital Slides (as List) from the Digital Slides menu in the main menu bar, you see a list of all slides in the system. The list is laid out in table format with columns containing information about each slide that is listed. These columns vary according to how eSlide Manager has been configured, but all list views of cases contain:
Identifying information unique to that slide.
An icon designating each listing as a slide.
A check box ☐ for selecting each entry in the slide list.
Depending on how your site is configured, you may see a thumbnail image of the slide, a thumbnail image of the slide macro image, and/or an image of the slide label.
View Image - Allows you to view the slide image.
Open Data - Opens the information page for the slide(s) you have selected.
Analyze - Perform data analysis on the selected slide(s).
Delete - Deletes the slide(s) you have selected.
New - Add a new slide(s).
Move - Allows you to move the selected slide(s) to another destination, deleting the slide in its original location.
Copy - Copies the selected slide(s) to another destination. This does not delete the image file in its original location, but makes a copy of it in the new destination.
Assign to - Allows you to assign the selected slide(s) to a new or existing case, project, course or Genie Project.
Export Data - Allows you to select display options and fields to include when exporting data from the selected slide(s).
Annotations - View annotations for the selected slide(s).
View Audits - Allows you to produce and view an audit report for the selected slide(s) by entering filter criteria, including start/stop date, user name and type of operation performed. After selecting filters, click Display to view the audit report, Reset to clear your entries or Initialize to open a page that allows you to view and select Configuration Table and Data Table criteria to include in the audit report.
