When you click Genie Training Sets on the main eSlide Manager page or select All Genie Training Sets (as List) from the Genie Training Sets menu in the main menu bar, you see a list of all Training Sets that have been added to Genie Projects. The list is laid out in table format with columns containing informational data pertaining to each Training Set listed. These columns vary according to how eSlide Manager has been configured, but all list views of Training Sets contain:
Some identifying information unique to that Training Set.
An icon designating each listing as a Training Set.
A check box for selecting each entry in the Training Set list.
New - Allows you to add a new Training Set. This is the only command that functions without having a least one check box selected.
View Images - Allows you to see additional images of the selected Training Set(s) if available.
Open Data - Opens the information page for the Training Set(s) you have selected.
Delete - Deletes the Training Set(s) that have been selected.
Move - Allows you to move the selected Training Set(s) to another Genie Project.
Copy - Copies the selected Training Set(s) to another Genie Project.
Assign to - Allows you to assign the selected Training Set(s) to an existing or new Genie Project.
Export Data - Allows you to select display options and fields to include when exporting data from the selected Training Set.
View Audits - Allows you to produce and view an audit report for the selected Training Set(s) by entering filter criteria, including start/stop date, user name and type of operation performed. After selecting filters, click Display to view the audit report, Reset to clear your entries or Initialize to open a page that allows you to view and select Configuration Table and Data Table criteria to include in the audit report.
