When you click Display after selecting all the criteria and filters you wish to use in generating an audit trail report, you will be able to preview the report before generating it. The preview screen is color coded to indicate the type of operation taken (if you selected more than one), with data from the selected fields and tables arranged in a tabular list. After previewing the report, click Generate PDF Report to produce it in portable document format. This opens the Audit List page. On this page, do the following:
In the New Report window pane, change the default report name if you wish, then click Create & Save PDF File.
When a message displays telling you the report has been created, you can either open and view the report or return to the list of saved reports.
To download and view any saved audit reports in either PDF or CSV format, click Download beside the report.
To delete any saved audit reports, click Delete beside that report.
