To add an annotation template:
Directly above the table listing existing templates, click Add.
When the Add Annotation Template window appears, enter the name of the new template in the text field.
Click Save to add the template without specifying layers or attributes OR click Add above the Template Layers table to add a new row in which you can specify the name of the layer, its attributes and the color in which to render it.
If you add a template without specifying layers or attributes, you can do so at any time by clicking the Edit link beside the template name.

When assigning colors to layers, choose those with enough contrast that they will be easy to tell apart. Keep in mind which layers will be adjacent to or overlap each other an select colors for those that are easily distinguishable from the colors surrounding them. |
